01Up to 3–4 spot colors or CMYK process
Screen printing
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one color at a time. The classic method for bold, durable prints and the most economical way to print a run.
- Best for
- Team shirts, merch drops, uniforms, anything with a few solid colors and a healthy quantity.
02Flat or 3D puff, digitized from your artwork
Embroidery
Your logo stitched into the garment with thread. Reads as premium and outlasts the fabric it’s on.
- Best for
- Hats, polos, jackets, work shirts, left-chest logos.
03Full color on cotton and cotton-rich blends
Direct to garment (DTG)
A printer lays ink straight onto the fabric. Photos, gradients and dozens of colors, no screens to burn.
- Best for
- Small runs, one-offs, photo artwork, detailed illustrations on cotton.
04Full color on cotton, polyester and blends
Direct to film (DTF)
The design is printed on film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Works on polyester, blends and tricky materials where DTG won’t.
- Best for
- Performance wear, mixed fabrics, small orders with full-color art.
05Vinyl and transfers, one piece or a few
Heat press
Cut vinyl or transfers pressed on with heat. Fast for personalization and small quantities.
- Best for
- Player names and numbers, single pieces, simple one-color graphics.
